As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I am dedicated to helping individuals, families, and couples find relief, create lasting change, and build meaningful relationships in the process. I opened my virtual practice with the hope of helping my clients fit therapy into their busy lives and make our busy lives feel a little less confusing.
Maybe you want to learn how to set better boundaries with your job, family, or friends. Maybe you are dedicated to breaking toxic relationship patterns and learn how to identify healthy partners and friendships. Maybe you want to find ways to accept your body exactly as it is. Maybe you want to become the parent you wish you had as a child. Or you just want to vent in the middle of a hectic week - there's space for that too. Therapy is a space for you to untangle your thoughts and gain insight into ways the past may be unknowingly influencing you so you can intentionally choose who you want to be. The only requirement of therapy is simply being human.
If you are looking for a compassionate space with honest, authentic feedback, I would love to begin our work together.

I compassionately collaborate with you to understand your story, identify ways to empower you to create your preferred life, and understand what you have found helpful or unhelpful from therapy in the past. I am enthusiastic about sharing psychoeducation with my clients and love to lift back the veil of therapy by integrating research and science in conversation.
I offer a variety of counseling services to meet the unique needs of my clients, including individual therapy, couples therapy, and relational therapy. All services are provided virtually in the comfort of your home - pets are also welcomed! I am enthusiastic about providing virtual services in multiple states to increase accessible to therapy and allow you the opportunity to conveniently fit therapy into your life.
